Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Please provide your order number and relevant details about the issue. We may request photographs or other information to help us evaluate the problem and determine the appropriate resolution.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have.

Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the replacement item, subject to product availability.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at help@veelzo.com.
